PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL

We are a Real Estate Management and Construction & Restoration company based in the Weirton, WV and Steubenville, OH areas seeking a Construction and Maintenance Professional– Jack of all trades.

This position is full time with the opportunity for future career growth. We take pride in the quality and appearance of our rental homes and value our Residents! The ideal candidate will possess the following;

– Experience working in apartment maintenance or construction is a must. Will be responsible for home repairs, getting homes ready to rent, carpentry, plumbing, flooring, siding, windows, doors, painting, cleanouts, landscaping, Etc.

– Ability to go the extra mile to maintain high quality site appearance and curb appeal.

– Candidate should be comfortable and familiar with all areas Maintenance and construction.

– Ability and desire to provide a high level of customer service to our Residents

– Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00-3:00 If you are a handy jack-of-all-trades reply for an interview today!

– Must have valid driver’s license, your own ride to and from work and be able to pass a drug test and background check.
