PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL

Property Maintenance Professional – Full Time
Location: Weirton, WV & Steubenville, OH

Orecchio Properties is a real estate management and construction/restoration company serving the Ohio Valley. We take pride in the quality and appearance of our rental homes and value our residents. We are seeking an experienced jack-of-all-trades Maintenance Professional to join our team full time, with opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform home repairs and prepare rental homes for new residents

• Carpentry, plumbing, flooring, siding, window/door installation, painting, landscaping, and general property upkeep

• Maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal

• Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience required in apartment maintenance or construction (not an entry-level role)

• Skilled across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC basics, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail, motivated, and takes pride in workmanship

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Customer-service mindset — able to interact professionally with residents

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
