(The Hold Deposit converts to the Security Deposit at Lease signing.)d. All deposits and application fees must be paid in Cash, Money Orders or Certified check. e.Copy of a Valid Driver’s License, or Government Issued ID from each applicant.f.Most Recent Pay-Stub from each applicant.
