Prospective Residents – Application Process 1. Each adult over the age of 18 (ex. husband and wife and adult children and room mates) planning to occupy the property must submit a completed application. 2. There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant that is payable at the time the application is filled out.  Payment must be in the form of CASH, MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED CHECK or paid on our website at WeirtonProperty.com/payhere . 3. If applicant is a student or not employed, a qualified co-signer must be secured. The co-signer must also submit a completed application and sign the lease, as well as pay the application fee. 4. A completed application consists of ALL of the following: a. Application(s) fully completed  Apply Online   or   Download Paper Application b. $35.00 Paid for each Application c. A Hold Deposit in the amount equal to one months rent. (The Hold Deposit converts to the Security Deposit at Lease signing.) d.   All deposits and application fees must be paid in Cash, Money Orders or Certified check. e. Copy of a Valid Driver’s License, or Government Issued ID from each applicant. f. Most Recent Pay-Stub from each applicant. (If you are self-employed then we will need your tax returns to verify income.) 5. Once you have completed your application you may do one of the following. a. Bring the completed Application(s) and payments to our office at 3200 Pennsylvania Ave Weirton, WV 26062 c. Scan and email completed application(s) to us at application@WeirtonProperty.com and pay the Application Fee(s) and Hold Deposit on our website at WeirtonProperty.com/payhere d. Mail the Application(s) and payments to Orecchio Properties PO Box 3131 Weirton, WV 26062 6. Once we have received your completed application(s), application fee(s), hold deposit, we may do the following (this is typically done in 2 business days, or less) a. Process your application b. Review your credit report (we grade on honesty more than credit score) c. Review your criminal report (no violent, sexual or drug convictions accepted) d. Verify your employment and income e. Verify your landlord and rental references 6.      After reaching a decision on your application we will do the following based on the decision a. Acceptance: We will contact you to schedule your lease signing b.
